Before proceeding with the development of your website, consider the
following questions. Our goal is to make your site as successful as
    possible, based upon your objectives.

Why am I creating this site?  What do I expect to accomplish?

What kind of site do I want (promotional, informational, point-of-sale,
    etc.)

What are my most important messages?

Who is my primary audience?  Secondary?

Why will they be visiting my site?

What types of features/information will they need?

What do I want my site to offer to my audience?

What do I want my audience to do on my site?  After they've left?

How often do I expect my audience to visit my site?

How internet-savvy is my audience?  How technically savvy?

Can I make assumptions about my average user's connection speed,
    platform, monitor, browser?

Who are my competitors?  How am I different from them?

What do I like about my competitors' sites?  What do I want to do better
    with mine?

Will I be responsible for generating the content of my site?

Do I have promotional literature I can use on my site?

How much and what information do I want on my site?

What information will I need to have updated regularly?  How often?

Do I want to make these updates, or have my sitemaster maintain my
    site?

What resources am I dedicating to this site?

What will be my domain name?  Is the name registered?

Do I have a hosting company?

What logos, images, graphics, taglines, colors, fonts, layout style, etc.
do I want incorporated?  Do I have these in a digital format?

Will I be linking to other sites?  How many?

What are some websites I like?  Why do I like them?

How quickly do I need my site published?

How important are search engine results to me?

What are some keywords that my audience may use to search for my
    service?
